Make a particular day your quit day. Don’t deviate from this plan. Tip: Psych yourself up by making a list of all the reasons to quit—you’ll be healthier, develop fewer wrinkles, have nicer breath, save money, and you won’t be subjecting people to second-hand smoke. Step 2: Write down smoking triggers Write down your smoking triggers. When you drink? After dinner? With coffee? Knowing what prompts you to smoke can help you quit.     @system0Fhonor uuuuuhhhhhh marijuana is not phsicaly addictive it is only mentally addictive you troll ! i smoke only on the weekends……..so dont feel bad if your freind offerd you a joint….tobacco is physically addictive.

    man ive been smoking nuports for about 4 years and it was impossible for me to quit.. until i discovered the “mini cigarette”. you should look it up on Google if you are serious about quitting

  5. I’m a smoker for 3 years now , the longest time I quite was a week , somebody offert me a joint and when I got high I started smoking again

    I’m planning on quiting smoking again this sunday , hope it goes well , and nobody offers me anymore joints

    longest time i was able to quit cigarettes were about 2 weeks… i couldn’t ever pass 2 weeks without my marlboro red’s… now I completely quit smoking using a mini cigarette (google it)

    @imamfollower Advice for the cravings this is HUGE.
    Lots and lots of hot baths/showers!!!
    Because as long as you can stay in water like swimming or hot tubs also, the cravings and withdrawl will not be present. Seriously.
    If you are fortunate enough to have someone rub/scratch/massage you, take advantage of it several times a day! Different flavors of chewing gum is important. Have a variety of it and hard candy too.
    I have got to do a video on this whole thing. Check out my recent one.

    @imamfollower It’s been 8 weeks for me now. Thought I was going to go crazy.
    It DOES go away!!!! The pain will be a shadow of the past very soon. Stay with it and my best wishes for you.
